Slow Cooker Salsa and White Chicken Chili

*serves 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 (48 oz) jar of great northern beans and butter beans (do not drain)
  • 1 (16 oz) jar of salsa- mild, medium, or hot depending on your taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (4 oz) can of diced mild green chili's
  • 1 lb of cheese, shredded--use your favorite kind(s)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Greek yoghurt for serving
  • cilantro for serving
  • tortilla chips for serving

Preparation
  • Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
  • garnish with cilantro, greek yoghurt, and tortilla chips, if desired
