Slow Cooker Salsa and White Chicken Chili
*serves 6-8
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 (48 oz) jar of great northern beans and butter beans (do not drain)
- 1 (16 oz) jar of salsa- mild, medium, or hot depending on your taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (4 oz) can of diced mild green chili's
- 1 lb of cheese, shredded--use your favorite kind(s)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- Greek yoghurt for serving
- cilantro for serving
- tortilla chips for serving
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
- garnish with cilantro, greek yoghurt, and tortilla chips, if desired
